Maternity Coverage (Sept 2024-June 2025)
The clinic is located in central Coquitlam, close to restaurants, retail and grocery stores as well as Coquitlam Center Mall. The office boasts a bright and beautiful open-concept space. This practice is easily accessible by public transit and is in close proximity to Royal Columbian and Eagle Ridge Hospital. Moreover, it is conveniently in a building that has a pharmacy, imaging clinic, and a LifeLabs for patients to easily access.
The clinic is a family practice by appointment with same-day access and a one to three day wait time for non-urgent scheduled appointments. Hours are Tuesdays and Thursdays in-person, 8:30 - 16:30 (hours can be adjusted). The team consists of an office manager, three MOAs each day, and 5 physicians and 2 NPs, and a RN who assists with well baby checks, immunizations, complex care, etc. The physician team rotates each week to provide after-hours call services for their patients. This clinic uses Pomelo for communication with patients, BizConnect for phone calls with locum on-boarding guide and videos.
75/25 OH split, rate negotiable for longer term locums.
