It is a family practice by appointment with limited same day access and a wait time of one to two days for non-urgent scheduled appointments. The operating hours are Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and two out of three Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. For after-hours call services, each physician takes care of their own patients. This clinic utilizes Oscar as its EMR for practice efficiency.
The team consists of three full-time MOA’s, one part-time MOA, and two physicians and two NPs.
